How to order a remote maintenance service

Starting from logging in with designated credentials, locating the desired machine, selecting the service, and setting up a remote connection, each stage is clearly outlined with accompanying screenshots. ✅ Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to the mobile IoT Suite with the rights to activate a contract.
  • You're logged into the mobile IoT Suite.
  • You have a machine created in the system that you need to activate.

Locating Your Machine

Navigate to the "Find Your Machine" section to identify and select the specific machine you wish to work with.

For a more precise search, utilize filters to narrow down the list of machines.

Selecting the Service

Click on the icon to initiate a new Remote Maintenance Contract.

Provide your Contract Reference number, accept the Agreement, and activate the contract.

Wait approximately 30 minutes for the contract to become active.

The Remote Maintenance Contract is now officially active.

Setup a remote connection

The next step would be to initiate a remote maintenance connection, this can be done with an ethernet based machine or a can based machine.
