The Gateway Features provide you with tools to efficiently manage your gateways and access essential information about your contract and connection status.

The name is used for better identification of your contract and is not system-wide. A name is automatically assigned during activation, but it can be adjusted at any time. This is particularly helpful when the IMEI number is difficult to interpret.

• Use the name to assign it to a measurement point, machine, project, or other custom purposes.

This feature offers a transparent overview of your contract details. All relevant information is displayed clearly, allowing you to access the current status and specifics at a glance.

When you press the “Real-Time Check” button, we send a request to the mobile provider to retrieve the following information:

• Local mobile provider

• Technology in use (e.g., 2G, 4G / depending on the gateway)

• Current country where the gateway is active

This process may take some time, so we kindly ask for your patience.
