Gateways

Select the “Gateways” Tile

  • Navigate to the “Gateways” tile to view all available devices. These devices have already been added to the platform.
If you don’t see a gateway, none has been onboarded for the customer number yet.

Check if Gateways Are Available

  • No Gateways Available: If no gateway is currently available, the “Add Gateway” button will appear in the center of the screen. Click it to add a new gateway.
  • Gateways Available: If gateways are already available, you will find the “Add Gateway” button in the top-left corner above the table.
