User management migration
Overview
What's Changing?
1. Email-Only Authentication
Logins using free-form usernames will be discontinued. All users will log in using their email address only.
2. Automatic Account Migration
Your existing account will be automatically linked to the email address already on file, if not already. No action is required for the migration itself, unless your email is outdated or missing.
3. Mandatory Password Reset
All users must reset their password after the migration. You will receive a password reset link via email when the new system goes live. Existing passwords will no longer be valid.
4. Centralized Role Management
